Website privacy

Effective date: 3 October 2026

This notice covers this website, australianapps.com, run by Australian Apps Pty Ltd (“we” or “us”). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy: Quotemate and ScreenOff Player.

In short: this website has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no trackers. It has no forms or sign-ins, stores nothing in your browser, and loads nothing from other companies. Our web host sees the usual technical details any website's host sees, described below.

What this website collects

Nothing of its own. The pages are plain files: no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels. There's no form to fill in and no account to sign in to. The site doesn't use your browser's storage, and it loads no fonts, scripts or embeds from other companies.

Our web host: Cloudflare

Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical information when your browser asks for a page, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. Cloudflare uses it to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks and abuse, under its own privacy policy, and may process it on servers outside Australia.

Cloudflare shows us only overall figures, such as how many requests the site received. We haven't added any analytics to the site, and we don't use this information to identify you.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as Apple's App Store and Google's privacy pages. When you follow a link, that website's own privacy policy applies.

If you email us

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply to you, keep it only as long as we need to help you, and never sell it or share it for marketing. Ask us and we'll tell you what we hold, correct it or delete it.

Australian Privacy Principles

We've written this notice with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) in mind. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, or you haven't heard back within 30 days, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this notice

If anything changes, such as adding analytics, we'll update this page and its effective date first.
