No signal? No problem.

No account. No login. No backend. Everything is stored on your device and works without reception: on a roof, under a house or out bush.

iPhone, iPad and Mac

One subscription covers all three through your Apple Account. On a Mac it's the same app, and with iCloud sync on it shows the same quotes, invoices and customers as your iPhone and iPad.

Questions

Do I need a subscription?

Quotemate Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, with a free trial for new subscribers. You need it to create new quotes, invoices, customers and price list items, and for backups, export, iCloud sync, the Bold and Minimal templates and your accent colour.

Converting an accepted quote, variations, credit notes and everything you've already made never need a subscription.

Does it work with no signal?

Yes. Quotes, invoices, payments, PDFs, backups and restores all work with no reception. Only buying or restoring a subscription and iCloud sync need the internet.

I'm not registered for GST. Can I still use it?

Yes. Leave “I'm registered for GST” off in Settings. Quotemate then adds no GST, never uses the words “tax invoice”, and prints that GST has not been charged.

Does it work on iPad and Mac?

Yes. Quotemate runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, and on Macs with Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later. Your subscription covers all three through the same Apple Account.

Does Quotemate do my BAS or my tax?

No. Quotemate is a document tool. It gives you the fields the ATO lists for a tax invoice, but it does not check your tax position and it is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Quotemate is not connected to the ATO and is not endorsed by it. You are responsible for whether your documents and your GST are right. Check anything you're unsure about with your accountant or registered tax agent.
